Maleny Classics

Maleny Classics is back for 2016!

Following the success of 2015’s Maleny Classics at the Witta Recreational Club, Maleny Classics is back bigger and better. Maleny Classics Show’n’Shine caters specifically for pre-1980 Classic cars. When cars were metal, not plastic and style was important!

We are looking after the classic enthusiast who likes their car original. This is place where those classic beauties can really shine in all their original or restored glory. We also cater for classic caravans and car/caravan combos. We offer overnight camping for the Vans as well to extend the experience. The Witta Rec Club grounds are a picturesque spot to camp. Book early as spaces are limited.

Our Retro Markets are back again to keep the classic/retro theme going and our sponsored Trade Stalls have already booked themselves in for this year.  Annie J and Fusion will be providing the music again this year. Back by overwhelming demand.

Our Poker Run returns also. Limited  to 20 places so please book early.

Big news this year, we’ll be adding motorcycles into the show with a special Club display. Shhh! Mum’s the word! You asked for it.

We will have 2 special cars on display for you to ogle over this year.  If you have something extra special you would like us to add to the event, please let us know now so we can plan ahead.

If you’re working on a car that’s not finished yet, feel free to bring it along as it is ( even on the back of a trailer) and get talking to other enthusiasts who can share your pleasure and pain over the work you’ve done so far. We’ve all started from scratch at one time or other. These classic beauties have a piece of our soul in every car’s journey.

If you entered last year, check out our Gallery Page to see some of the photos from last year’s event.

We hope to see everyone back again this year. Entries will be online here on the website.

Feature image is Kate Woolston’s 1955 Split Screen Kombi. A favourite at last year’s event.
